1. Introduction
Welcome to My Quail Care by Growerck and My Birdy Hotel. By purchasing our products or using our bird boarding services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Definitions
"My Quail Care" refers to our brand selling quail care products in Singapore.
"My Birdy Hotel" refers to our bird boarding and care service.
"Customer" / "You" refers to any individual purchasing products or using our services.
"Products" means quail care and bird-related accessories sold by My Quail Care.
"Services" means bird boarding, care, and related offerings by My Birdy Hotel.
- "Bird Boarders" are Independent contractors not affiliated with My Birdy Hotel or our related companies and services.
3. Product Purchases (My Quail Care)
3.1 Product Information
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to manufacturing or packaging updates.
3.2 Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. Prices are listed in SGD and may change without prior notice.
3.3 Shipping & Delivery
Deliveries are available within Singapore only.
Estimated delivery durations are provided but may vary due to courier delays.
My Quail Care is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
3.4 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of pet products, all sales are final. We check all products before shipping so everything should arrive without defects. Contact us for support (via: https://myquailcare.com/contact-us/) on your item if unforeseen circumstances occur.
Products cannot be returned unless in extraordinary circumstances. Please contact our support for help.
3.5 Limitation of Liability
My Quail Care is not responsible for misuse of products or harm arising from improper handling, storage, or application. Please contact us and our community via your included membership to our Telegram community if you need help with any of your products.
4. Bird Boarding Services (My Birdy Hotel)
Bird Boarders are independent contractors not affiliated with My Birdy Hotel. While we try to verify every bird boarder and do our best to ensure they are following strict rules for bird welfare and care in accordance to local laws, we cannot guarantee the status of every bird boarder on My Birdy Hotel.
4.1 Health Requirements
For pet owner/Customer:
Birds must be healthy and free from contagious diseases.
My Birdy Hotel reserves the right to refuse boarding.
Customers must declare any known medical conditions.
4.2 Vaccination & Parasite Control
While most pet birds do not require vaccinations, customers must ensure birds are free from mites, lice, and parasites before check-in.
4.3 Feeding & Care
Owners must provide clear care instructions and preferred diets.
4.4 Emergency Care
In the event of illness or injury, we will attempt to contact the owner immediately.
If unreachable, My Birdy Hotel's Bird Boarders may seek veterinary care at the owner's expense.
My Birdy Hotel is not liable for conditions arising from pre-existing health issues or your bird's stay with our Bird Boarders. Both Bird Boarders and Pet Owners are expected to take on their own forms of insurance.
4.5 Pet Owner Responsibilities
Owners must:
Provide accurate information about their bird.
Ensure cages, carriers, and accessories brought in are safe and functional.
4.6 Liability Waiver
My Birdy Hotel is not liable for:
Stress-related health issues.
Injury or death due to pre-existing conditions.
Accidents arising from unsafe owner-provided equipment. Reasonable care and supervision will be provided at all times.
- Problems, injuries or other conditions arising from utilizing our independent contractor Bird Boarders.
5. Bookings & Cancellations (My Birdy Hotel)
Bookings are confirmed after payment.
Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in may receive partial refunds.
No refunds for same‑day cancellations or early check-outs.
6. User Conduct
Customers and Bird Boarders agree not to misuse products or services and to adhere to proper animal welfare standards and local laws in regards to bird keeping. My Quail Care and our related companies and services are not liable for your actions.
7. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected for orders or bookings will be used only for operational purposes and not sold or shared with third parties.
8. Indemnification
Customers agree to indemnify and hold Growerck, My Quail Care and My Birdy Hotel harmless against claims, damages, or losses arising from misuse of products or services.
8.1 Jurisdiction & Regulatory Compliance
All products and services provided by My Quail Care by Growerck and My Birdy Hotel are applicable in Singapore only.
By purchasing our products or using our services, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for complying with all relevant local laws, regulations, and authority guidelines in Singapore.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our products or services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
