Products delivered in Singapore has a lower delivery fee. Deliveries outside Singapore have a packing fee of SGD$5 and a separate shipping fee. We will do our best to find the lowest logistics fees to send to you, especially when you aren't residing in Singapore.

Bird Boarding Cost Breakdown:
Base Daily Bird Care Services:
- Daily Bird Care Cost: $6.8 per Adult bird, per day. $4.80 per chick, per day
- Compulsory Per Cage Cleaning Fee: $30 per cage for every 7 days or part thereof.
*If stay is extended, additional cage cleaning fees will be billable separately. - Compulsory Per Bird Bathing Fee: $30 for every 7 days or part thereof.
Warm water with baby shampoo and little Apple Cider Vinegar, then blow dry. - Water Bottle Top up and Cleaning Fee: $3 per bottle, per day.
**Farm stay has a surcharge of additional $8.50 per bird per day.
Add-ons:
- Premium Bird Feed: $3.8 per bird, per day, you can provide enough feed for entire bird hotel stay duration to have this costs waived.
- Specialty Deep Litter Bedding with self cleaning microbes by My Quail Care – $3.8 per bird, per day.
Choose Specialty no-pest Deep Litter Bedding to qualify for 6% discount on Base Daily Bird Care Services.
NOTE: If this option is not selected, you must provide your own bedding. However, if water bottle provided causes water leakage and smell, deep litter bedding will be used instead and an additional $20 service fee will charged per 7 days on top of the cost of Specialty Deep Litter Bedding with self cleaning microbes by My Quail Care – $3.8 per bird, per day. - Pet Taxi – Pricing Tentative

Vet fees as per charge, excluding To and From Pet Taxi costs. NOTE: Only activated upon request by client with permission and payment if emergencies occur. Payment made directly to the vet. Administrative, arrangement and support charges by Pet Bird Sitter are billable at $49.80 per visit.
IMPORTANT: Cancellations must be made at least 6 days before check-in day for a full refund minus a 35% admin charge deduction. Cancellations made less than 6 days before the check-in day will have their refunds forfeited. Refunds will be credited in the next month’s payment cycle. A refund form will be required to be completed to process your refunded amount.
IMPORTANT: Compulsory Per Cage Cleaning Fee ($30 per cage for every 7 days or part thereof), Compulsory Per Bird Bathing Fee ($30 for every 7 days or part thereof) are billed separately after confirmation of initial booking.
